How do I create an account?
Download the Shghul app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Tap "Register" and follow the steps to create your account as either a Job Seeker or an Employer.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we will send you a verification code (OTP) to reset your password.
How do I apply for a job?
Browse available jobs on the home screen or use the search feature. Tap on a job listing to view the details, then tap "Apply Now" to submit your application.
How do I post a job as an employer?
Log in to your company account, go to the "Add" section from the bottom navigation, fill in the job details, and publish your listing.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Delete Account. Fill in the required details, provide a reason (optional), and submit your deletion request. Our team will process it within 7 business days.
How do I update my profile?
Go to Profile > Profile Settings. You can update your personal information, upload a new profile photo, update your CV, and manage your skills and experience.
Is Shghul free to use?
Yes, Shghul is free for job seekers to browse and apply for jobs. Employers can post job listings and browse candidates. Some premium features may require a subscription.
